COVID-19 MEASURES
Dear guests,
Both your as well as our team’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. To make sure that we can keep you safe and comfortable during your trip, we have taken some measures in place.
We closely monitor all the announcements issued by the Norwegian Authorities and adjust our actions, routines and procedures.

What are we doing to keep you safe?
General

Hand sanitizers are available for use for both travellers and staff.

Cleaning of public areas with appropriate disinfectant products has been enhanced.
Guests

Group sizes have been reduced to make sure that 1-meter distance can be kept.

Contactless payment options available.

Face masks provided for travellers if needed.
Staff

All staff have been trained on the necessary COVID-19 behaviours and protocols.

Health & sickness policy in place for all staff.

Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms.

Regular temperature checks for staff.

Guides required to regularly wash hands.
Transport

Drivers are provided with their own personal protection and hand sanitizer.

Hand sanitizer provided at the entrance to the coach.

Coaches are cleaned and sanitized between trips following the transport company’s guidelines.
Food and beverages

We reserve the right to amend meals, drinks and snacks provided on the activities according to the local regulations.

We will make sure that while enjoying the meals, our guests can keep a safe distance from those that don’t belong to their party.
What can I do to help?

Keep a distance of one meter to other people.

Bring your own hat, scarf and gloves, both to keep you warm and to avoid having to borrow them. We reserve the right to borrow overalls and jackets for safety reasons.

Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds using soap and warm water. Use hand sanitizer if you do not have access to water.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue (not your hands) when sneezing or coughing, or cough into your elbow.

Clean and disinfect regularly touched objects and surfaces to reduce the risk of spreading germs.

Please, only attend a tour if you are feeling well.

We will keep your personal information safe and not share them with any third parties without your consent.
